What We Do

Mitsu-Sensei and Jim have put together a custom yoga retreat where we hope you will feel relaxed and at home.

Each morning, Mitsu-Sensei teaches gentle yoga and designs breakfasts that include Ayurvedic and Japanese cuisine from natural and organic ingredients.

After breakfast, Jim will take you sightseeing and shopping. We travel as a group and enjoy the local sights, power spots, community, and special locations.

In the evening, Mitsu-Sensei may teach another gentle yoga class or teach meaningful meditation.

We usually finish the evening meal, again with a blend of Ayurvedic and Japanese cuisine made from natural and organic ingredients.
